A whole meal in an aluminum foil pouch! Sorry, I forgot to take a picture of this meal when we went camping.
-2 Rings of Kielbasa or Smoked Sausage
-2 Peppers (Pick your favorite color, I like Red and Yellow myself)
-1 Medium to Large Zucchini
(you can use other low carb veggies if you want such as onion or riced cauliflower)
-Before heading out on your camping trip, chop everything up
-Create a foil pouch for each person putting in some of the kielbasa/sausage, pepper and zucchini along with a dab of butter
-Seal the the foil pouch shut, and keep in the fridge or cooler until you cook them.
-Cook the pouches over the fire for an easy, healthy dinner.
-Serve and Enjoy!!
