This is another one of my camping meals that I did not get a picture of.
-1.5 lbs of Ground Beef
-2 Cups of Cabbage, Chopped
-1 Small Onion (optional)
-1 TBSP Butter
-1/2 cup of Heavy Cream
-1/2 cup of Sour Cream
-4 oz of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
-4 oz of Full Fat Cream Cheese (cut into small cubes)
-9x13 Disposable Aluminum Pan
-If you are using an onion, saute the onion in a larger skillet (medium heat) in the butter until it starts turning brown
-Add the Ground Beef and and cook until browned
-Drain the Grease and allow the beef to completely cool
-Once the meat is cooled combine the remaining ingredients in a large bowl
-Pour the mixture into a 9x13 disposable aluminum pan and cover with foil
-Keep in the fridge until it is time to go camping, then move it to your cooler.
-Cook on the hot coals for 30-35 minutes, you can also put some hot coals on top of the foil to help it cook from both sides.
-Serve and Enjoy!!
