-1 lb of Ham (I used pre-cooked and cubed ham from the grocery store)
-16 oz bag frozen cauliflower
-2 Cups of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
-1/2 cup heavy cream
-9x13 Disposable Aluminum Pan
-Cook the bag of cauliflower according to the directions on the bag and then allow the cauliflower to completely cool
-Once the cauliflower has cooled, in a large bowl combine all of the ingredients
-Pour the mixed ingredients into the disposable aluminum pan, cover with foil and put in the fridge. Transfer to the cooler when you head out.
-Place the pan on the hot coals and cook for 30-40 minutes, you can also put some of the hot coals on top of the foil to help cook it from both sides
-Stir, Serve and Enjoy!!
