Keto Avocado Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:

12 Hard Boiled Eggs

1 Medium Avocado, mashed

2 Slices of Bacon

2 Tbsp of Keto Mayonnaise

2 tsp Lime Juice

1⁄4 tsp Select Savory Seasonings Granulated Garlic

1⁄4 tsp Select Savory Seasonings Granulated Onion

Select Savory Seasonings Cherry Wood Smoked Sea Salt to taste

Select Savory Seasonings Select Savory Pepper to taste

Select Savory Seasonings Sweet Smoked Paprika for Garnish


Instructions: place egg yolks in a medium-size bowl and mash with a fork. Add avocado, mayo, lime juice, and seasonings to egg yolks. Mix well and occasionally mash with a fork until puree begins to form. Scoop puree into a zip lock bag, cut small slot in corner to crest a piping bag. Pipe filling into egg whites, distributing evenly. Once eggs are filled sprinkle them with bacon crumbles and paprika.


Makes 12 servings (2 deviled eggs per serving)
