12 Hard Boiled Eggs
1 Medium Avocado, mashed
2 Slices of Bacon
2 Tbsp of Keto Mayonnaise
2 tsp Lime Juice
Select Savory Seasonings Sweet Smoked Paprika for Garnish
Instructions: place egg yolks in a medium-size bowl and mash with a fork. Add avocado, mayo, lime juice, and seasonings to egg yolks. Mix well and occasionally mash with a fork until puree begins to form. Scoop puree into a zip lock bag, cut small slot in corner to crest a piping bag. Pipe filling into egg whites, distributing evenly. Once eggs are filled sprinkle them with bacon crumbles and paprika.
