Almost all commercially produced Dressings use seed oils such as canola oil for their main ingredient. These seed oils have been shown to cause inflammation in our bodies. Even the “Olive Oil” Dressings use seed oils as the first or second ingredient (check the labels).
So make your own dressing instead because it is healthier for you and it tastes much better! This Blue Cheese Dressing is great on salads or with your Buffalo Wings!!
-1/4 Cup Keto Mayonnaise
-1/2 Cup Sour Cream
-1 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar or Lemon Juice
-1/4 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
-½ Cup Blue Cheese Crumbles (or more if you prefer)
-Blend together the Mayonnaise, Sour Cream, Apple Cider Vinegar, Select Savory Pepper, Salt and half of the blue cheese crumbles with a stick blender, blender or food processor. (We use a stick blender and blend everything in a large mason jar. Then we just put it into the refrigerator).
-Stir in the rest of the Blue Cheese Crumbles
-Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks
