Keto Hamburger Broccoli Alfredo

This is a favorite in our house. It is a very rich dish and yet it is simple to make.


Ingredients:

-2 lbs Ground Beef (or 1 lb ground beef and 1 lb breakfast sausage)

-1 tsp Select Savory Seasonings Savory Italian Seasoning

-1 Onion chopped

-1 Clove of Garlic chopped

-1 12 oz bag of Frozen Broccoli

-1 8 oz box of Full Fat Cream Cheese

-1/2 cup Heavy Cream

-1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese

-1 cup Mozzarella Cheese

-Select Savory Seasonings Select Savory Pepper (to taste)

-Select Savory Seasonings Cherry Wood Sea Salt (to taste)


Directions:

-Preheat the oven to 350 degrees

-Cook the frozen broccoli according to the directions on the package (I usually buy frozen broccoli in the steamable bags) and then drain the broccoli.

-Brown the hamburger (or hamburger & sausage mix), onions and garlic

-Once the meat is cooked remove from the heat and drain off the fat.

-Season the meat with the Select Savory Seasonings Savory Italian Seasoning

-Place the cream cheese in a bowl and microwave for 35-45 seconds to soften it and then beat it with a whisk or fork until smooth.

-Stir in the heavy cream a little a time until smooth

-Stir the parmesan cheese into the cream and cream cheese mixture

-Mix together the meat, broccoli, mozzarella cheese and creamy mixture and put into a large casserole dish

Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes, and the Enjoy!!
