Stir-fry is a quick and easy dinner that the whole family enjoys, and you can make it a little bit different each time bu changing up the veggies and or the meat.
-1 tablespoon Select Savory Seasonings, Select Savory Pepper
-1 pound Ground Beef, Flat iron or Sirloin steak cut into strips; you can also use Chicken Tenders and Pork Loin cut into strips
-2 tablespoons avocado oil
-1 tablespoon Select Savory Seasonings, Ground Ginger
-1/2 tablespoon Select Savory Seasonings, California Granulated Garlic
-1 cup onions, julienned
-1 cup broccoli florets
-1/4 cup green peppers, julienned
-1/4 cup red peppers, julienned
-2 TBSP Soy Sauce
-1 tablespoon Red Pepper Flakes
-1/4 cup scallions, cut thinly on the bias
-In a bowl add cut beef and Select Savory Pepper, toss or mix to coat meat with pepper - set aside.
-Add oil to skillet and heat to medium high heat.
-Add onions, ginger and garlic - cook about 1 minute to heat onions and combine spices.
-Increase heat to high.
-Add meat, broccoli, green peppers, soy sauce and scallions- quickly stir fry by tossing or stirring meat and vegetables.
-Cook until Ground Beef or Steak is cooked through and vegetables have softened but are still crisp.
-Serve over Cauliflower rice or by itself and Enjoy!!
